THE PAPA’S KITCHEN
Fresh Blueberry Pie (or any fruit)
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ cup sugar
1 ½ tablespoon cornstarch
1 ½ tapioca flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Red food coloring
Mix together 1 cup of water, sugar, vanilla, and food coloring. Heat over medium heat. Dissolve corn starch and tapioca flour in the remaining ½ cup of water. Add to the heated mixture. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes after it boils. Fill the pie shell with ½ the fruit. Pour ½ of the heated mixture over the fruit in the shell. Make sure all fruit is covered. Fill the shell with the remaining fruit. Pour the remaining mixture over that fruit, again making sure all fruit is covered. Refrigerate and ENJOY!!!

How much blueberries I don’t see that. Thx
He said it depends on the size of your shell but I’d guess two pints would do it.
That pie looks amazing and sounds so yummy! Now, if I could only reach through the screen! Haha. I will have to try this. Do you have a great recipe for raspberry pie?
